Will it ring if my phone is on Silent?
Yes. Riser uses Apple's AlarmKit, the same system alarms as the Clock app, so it rings through Silent mode and Focus.
What if I can't do push-ups?
Pick squats, a morning walk, an Item Hunt or a quick brain warm-up instead. Only do movements you're comfortable with.
Does Riser record me?
No. Camera frames are analysed in memory on your iPhone by Apple's Vision framework and are never saved or uploaded.
What happens if I miss a morning?
Your sprout has a gloomier day, and after a few misses he's sick in bed. One good morning makes him better. You never lose what you've built.
How do I cancel?
Any time in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancel during the free trial and you won't be charged.
